The weekly planner lets you view your entire weekly schedule on one page, making it easier to see what’s coming up, where you have free time, and which days are already busy. Below, you’ll find 7 free, printable weekly planner templates: hourly planners, horizontal, Monday-to-Friday, and designs with either a to-do list or writing lines. They’re all available as A4 and US Letter PDFs, and none are dated, so you can print the same page every week.

Start with the layout that fits how you plan. If your week is built around appointments, go for one with time slots. If it’s more about getting a list of things done, a to-do style page will feel lighter.
01 Weekly Planner with Priorities and Goals
Our most complete weekly page. On the left: my 3 priorities, my goals for the week and a notes box. Then one box per day, Monday to Sunday, each with time slots from 8 AM to 10 PM and three checkboxes for the day’s tasks. Teal and coral colors keep it easy to read.

02 Hourly Weekly Planner
A classic hourly grid: one column per day and one row per hour, from 8 AM to midnight. Under the grid you get 3 priorities of the week and space for notes. The week starts on Monday, and there’s also a Sunday-start version in US Letter.

- Size: A4, US Letter

03 Horizontal Weekly Planner
A landscape page with seven tall, blank columns, one per day, and the weekend in red. Nothing else, so you can use it the way you want: meals, appointments, workouts or family schedule. Available with the week starting on Monday or on Sunday, in A4 and US Letter.

04 Weekly Planner with To-Do List
A soft brown and blue page where each day is a short to-do list with round checkboxes, from Monday to Sunday, plus a large notes box. No hours, just tasks. Ideal if you plan your week as a list rather than a schedule.
- Format: PDF
- Size: A4, US Letter

05 5-Day Weekly Planner (Monday to Friday)
Made for the work or school week. The top half holds your 3 priorities, goals and notes, and the rest of the page gives Monday to Friday their own column with time slots from 8 AM to 10 PM and a few task checkboxes. Weekends stay off the page.
- Format: PDF
- Size: A4, US Letter

06 Monday to Friday Weekly Schedule
A bold, simple weekly schedule for weekdays: five columns, Monday to Friday, with every hour from 6 AM to midnight. Handy for class timetables, shift work or a home routine you want to stick on the fridge.

How to Plan Your Week in 15 Minutes
Most people who use a weekly planner do so at the same time every week, usually Sunday evening or Monday morning. Here are the steps:
- Look at the previous page: Review the page for last week’s planning to see which tasks were completed, then move on to the new week.
- Add fixed commitments: Write down appointments, classes, work, and the children’s activities.
- Choose 3 priorities: Not everything is equally important. Choose 3 things that can make the week successful.

Tips for printing correctly:
- A4 or US Letter size: Choose A4 outside North America and US Letter in the United States and Canada.
- Set the orientation: Set the printer to the orientation that best suits the design.
- Week starts on Monday or Sunday: The templates are available in two versions. In the United States and Canada, Sunday is generally considered the first day of the week, while in Europe and Australia, it is Monday.
- Reuse them: The templates are undated. Print a set for the year, or place a single page in a plastic sleeve and use a dry-erase marker.
- On a tablet: Open the PDF in GoodNotes, Notability, or any other PDF app and write on it using a stylus.
