Template License

All templates, images and files on to-dolist.net are free for personal and educational use only.

Every template on this site (planners, to-do lists, trackers, calendars and their images, PDF, JPG, Word, Excel and PowerPoint files) is created and owned by www.to-dolist.net. You can download and use them for free, as long as you follow the terms below.

What you can do

• Download, print and fill in the templates for personal use: at home, for your family, for your own work organization.
• Use them for educational use: a teacher can print copies for their students, a parent for their children, a student for their own studies.
• Print as many copies as you need for these uses.
• Fill them in digitally on a tablet or computer.
• Share the link to the template page on social media, a blog or with friends.

What you can’t do

• Sell the templates, in print or digital form, on their own or as part of another product (Etsy, marketplaces, printed planners, bundles, etc.).
• Redistribute or republish the files or images: uploading them to another website, app, file-sharing platform or download page is not allowed, even for free.
• Remove the to-dolist.net mention or present the templates as your own work.
• Use the templates or images in any commercial product or service.
